At Gozney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused oven or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
